To ensure that your package is properly delivered and your shipment is received within the time frame we advertise, please make sure that your address is accurate and complete. Please use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Silky Girl you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the USPS or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Silky Girl does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Items in your shopping cart are reserved for you as soon as the payment is made. Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing an E-Gift Card for the item(s) not in stock.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us within 7 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Silky Girl E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire!
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received into our distribution center. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued an online store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card via email. Please keep your return tracking number for your records.
We always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within two days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.
